How Do I Change My Email Address? /

Product/Service: Account / Profile access
Permission Required: Linked Member Profile

See below scenarios where you may wish to change an email address:

I want to update the email address of a participant ALREADY LINKED to my account

Step 1 - Log in to view your Profile at

Step 2: Click 'Edit Profile' under the participant you wish to update.  This will open the Member's Profile for editing.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the Email field, update as required.

Step 4 - Once updated, scroll to the bottom and click SAVE

Note: If the participant is not yet linked to your account, see how to link them here


I want to change the email on an existing participant's profile, but I no longer have access to that email/mobile number

If you no longer have access to the email address or mobile number for verification, you will need to contact your most recent club to have this updated due to privacy reasons.  You can find your Club contact here.
