Adding and Removing Participants from Your Account /

After you log into your account, you will see the participants that are currently linked to your profile.  From this point you can add or remove participants link to your profile.

Adding Participants:

Step 1 - Login to your account at and from the menu in the top left select My Profile.

Step 2 - From the profile screen, click 'Add New Participant' and search for the participant by First Name, Surname, Date Of Birth and Gender.


Step 3 - If the information entered matches that of a previous registration, the system will indicate that this participant already exists.

Note: If they don't appear, contact their most recent club to ensure the details on their profile are correct.

Step 4 - Select 'This is mine' then follow the prompts and a verification email or text message will be sent to the participant's registered email or mobile number.

Step 5 - You will need to enter the 4 digit code sent to you to complete the linking of the profile.

Note: If they no longer have access to that email or mobile number to verify, they can complete an online form to update their details. Details for participants under the age of 18 can only be updated by the contact person listed on the members record.

Removing Participants:

Step 1 - Login to your account at and from the menu in the top left, select Settings

Step 2 -You will see a list of your linked profiles. Next to the profile you wish to remove, click 'Unlink'
