FAQs
I'm an EXISTING PARTICIPANT but it's not finding my details when I try to link my Member Profile
If you are an existing Member, but your Profile does not match during the linking process, you'll need to:
- Check your entered details match your Supporting ID Document, including hyphens, apostrophes and spaces
- Contact your most recent Club/Association so they can check how your name displays
If your name is incorrect on your Profile, you will need to provide suitable ID to your Club/Association so it can be updated.
Can you link a Member Profile to more than one NRL.com Account?
Yes! We understand that more than one person may need to manage a Member's Profile, especially with split households.
There can only be one primary email address and phone number in a Member Profile, however a Member can be linked to multiple NRL.com Accounts provided they have permission from the Member (or their primary parent/guardian/carer).
Important: Member Profile details can be edited by either account holder when linked to multiple NRL.com Accounts.
To link an existing Member Profile to your NRL.com Account when you are not the primary email/phone contact:
Step 1 - Advise the primary contact when you'll be completing the link process so they can expect to receive the linking code.
Step 2 - Follow the steps outlined in the "How to add/link a Member Profile for an EXISTING PARTICIPANT" section above.*
*Note: When you reach Step 5 to select a Profile and retrieve the linking code, the primary contact will need to advise the code for you to enter.
If you are unable to link a Member Profile using the process above, speak with your Club/Association.
