My registration is Pending, what does this mean? /

All NEW participants will be listed as Pending and require Club or Association approval before their registration is complete.
Generally the registration will remain Pending until such time as the ID has been verified by the Club/Association administrator.
To help make the registration approval process as smooth as possible, make sure to:
- Check your Club's website and social media - they may have some helpful hints for new registrations to their Club.
- Upload required supporting documents, for example: ID (birth certificate or passport).
- Note: any ID uploads at time of registration will be deleted from the system upon registration approval.
- Contact your Club if you have any questions about your Pending registration.
You will be notified by email when your pending registration is Approved/Declined.
If your registration has been Declined, you will need to contact your Club for more information.
NOTE: If you are eligible for the PlayRugbyLeague Rewards Program, your code will not be accessible until the registration has been completed.
