Managing participants showing as "Name Withheld" or "Not Available" /

When Players or Team Staff are assigned to a match online, the Team Lists and Player Statistics (if entered) are available to view publicly through PlayRugbyLeague.com and the MyLeague app.
If a Member has selected "Make Profile Public" = NO then they will show as "Name Withheld" or "Not Available" on public facing Team Lists.
When a Member updates this status to "Make Profile Public" = YES then an Association/Club OR Team Administrator will need to remove and re-add the Member to their relevant Squad or Team List.
What the CLUB or ASSOCIATION Admin will need to do:
Step 1 - Log in to MySideline ADMIN and open the Squad Management tab
Step 2 - Open the Squad the Member is allocated to.
Step 3 - REMOVE the player from the Current Squad
Step 4 - Click UPDATE SQUAD to save.
Step 5 - Re-assign the Member into the Current Squad.
Step 4 - Click UPDATE SQUAD to save.
This will allow the the system to re-set. Participant's name should now display in future matches within the next 30 mins on https://www.playrugbyleague.com/Competitions.
What the TEAM MANAGER will need to do:
The Team Manager will need to log into MySideline Manager and follow this process:
Step 1 - Log in to MySideline MANAGER and open your Team List.
Step 2 - REMOVE the Member from the Team List for the upcoming match.
Step 3 - SUBMIT (save) the team list.
Step 4 - Re-assign the player into the Team List for the upcoming match.
Step 5 - SUBMIT the team list again.
This will allow the the system to re-set. Participant's name should now display in future matches within the next 30 mins on https://www.playrugbyleague.com/Competitions
