Team-based Registrations: Member Type Products

When registering a team in MySideline, member types help define the role each person plays within the team. Fees must exist for each Member Type that will register, even if they are charged $0.00. These settings will determine the age, price, gender, and types of the Members that can register to your teams. Recommended to have: Player-type (e.g. Player School), Coach, Trainer and Volunteer if you want them to register into your team squad entities.

Once created, Member Type Products just need to be checked when opening new competitions to ensure they still cover the relevant members.

1. Navigate to Products from the left-hand menu. Do Fees at Association Level exist?

Yes – check they are correct and cover the relevant age ranges/genders of those who need to register. (Below is an example only)No – create new product fees as required

To CREATE Member Type product Fees, enter details for the following fields, then click ADD. You can EDIT or REMOVE existing products by using the buttons on the left. Ensure to save if editing:    

• Member Type - Select which Member Type this product is applicable to. Note: You can create more than one Product for the same Member Type and Gender, but they CANNOT have overlapping age ranges.
• Gender – is this applicable to male, female or all
• Age From – is the youngest age this product applies to. This is based on the age the player will turn this calendar year.
• Age To – is the oldest age this product applies to and is also related to calendar year age.
• Price – enter the cost for that member to register, or 0
• Status - Select whether this registration product is open for purchase. Note: any member fees or saleable item season passes from Region, State or Super level for your member types will be added to your member registrations (if they exist).

Note: bank details must be applied and verified to accept online team registration payments
