Below are some important points to consider when using Team-based Registrations:
- The Team MUST be assigned to a Competition with Competition Fee and Member Type Products set to open
- Team entities CANNOT be in 2 competitions - one team per competition to enable registrations. If a team is in 2 competitions with products, then the finder will display a “Get in contact” message.
- Member types will be available to register into the team if:
- Member fees are set for that Member type
- Member is correct Gender
- Member is correct age
- Member is not already registered to this team
- Once a member is registered, they will land in the squad of that team. Coaches and Volunteers will appear in non- player roles. Trainers will land in their non player role type depending on the additional question answers as League Safe, League first aid Etc.
- All Rugby League non-player roles will be issued a rewards code on registration to their Team.
- Approval of Pending registrations can be managed in MySideline Admin, however approval is NOT a requirement for members to be available in a squad for Permissioned Association squads.
- All new members (who have not previously been approved) will be provided the option to add ID for member verification purposes.
- The link for player registration to a team is available on the Team page in MySideline Admin or in the supplied “Invitation to register” (when a team is registered).
- Team entities will also be available in the finder for participants to search (unless set to Private) https://profile.mysideline.com.au/register/clubsearch\
Note: the Expressions of Interest report in MySideline will host any Get in Contact messages.
