Team-based Registrations: Team Registration

Before taking team registrations, you'll need to:

✓ Create your competition

✓ Open your Products

Once the above is complete, simply share your competition to accept Team registrations:

1.  Navigate to the Competition menu tab and select your Competition
2.  Click the COPY button to copy the Competition Registration Link.
3.  Share this link for teams to register.

* Unless set to Private, teams can locate your competition in the Finder with a name or postcode search. The postcode search will surface from the venue of the competition (https://profile.mysideline.com.au/register/compsearch).

Note: the competition Finder will surface all TFA and RL competitions, which makes your competition name important to reduce risk of incorrect registrations for teams.

You also have the option to manually create teams for the same competition if required.

Team registration – important notes

• Team managers are now able to register their team. It is mandatory for the user to create or sign in with an NRL account. They will need to include a unique Team name, Team contact details and payment (if required).
• The Team manager/creator will then be directed to share their team link details with team members by entering their email addresses. This will send an “Invitation to Register” email, which can be on-shared.
• A “Successful Registration” email will be sent to the user (team creator) and a receipt if payment was made. This will have the details of the team and the link to register to their team.
• The user email (team creator) will be auto-assigned Team Admin access to the team. They will receive an email with a link to access Manager where they can see their team Members and manage their Matches, Team Lists, Training Attendance and Injury Management. https://manager.mysideline.com.au/
• The created team will be automatically allocated to the competition, and the team will surface in MySideline Admin at Association level in Teams and Squad Management.
